His portfolio includes the consolidation of multiple SOEs into national holdings, post-merger integration strategies, and large-scale program management (PMO) for cross-sector clients.

In the financial services sector, Ramdani has contributed to the development of 5-year corporate strategies for top-tier pension banks. He has also supported inorganic growth initiatives, business valuation, and commercial due diligence, helping SOEs navigate structural reforms and new market entries.
