Rahajeng Anggi is a Principal at SKHA Consulting and currently leads the Financial Advisory & Transaction Practice. Since joining the firm in 2012, she has been extensively involved in strategic transactions and investment advisory projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, property, logistics, and financial services. Her core competencies span transaction structuring, corporate finance, business restructuring, and merger integration, with a strong focus on value creation for both private entities and state-owned enterprises (SOEs).
Rahajeng is well recognized for her leadership in supporting SOEs with end-to-end advisory on acquisitions, divestments, and equity participation, having advised on various landmark transactions involving banks, fintech companies, manufacturing, aviation, and EPC sectors. Her portfolio includes strategic buy-side and sell-side engagements, ownership transfers, restructuring programs, and pre/post-acquisition studies.
In the financial sector, Rahajeng has advised on acquisition transactions, digital banking development, and post-merger integration for top-tier institutions. She has also played a significant role in enhancing social security institutions through feasibility studies, investment planning, and commercial scheme evaluations.
