Praditya Syalfiar is an Executive Leader at SKHA Consulting, specializing in strategic business development, organizational transformation, and financial analysis. Since joining SKHA in 2014, he has led and delivered high-impact consulting projects across a diverse range of industries including banking, non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), property, infrastructure, and logistics, particularly within the ecosystem of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). His expertise spans business growth planning, asset restructuring, performance optimization.

Praditya is widely recognized for his role in corporate transformation, including restructuring strategies for property holding companies, designing industrial estate holding structures, and roadmap development for aviation sector integration into a Holding Company. He has also led end-to-end solutions in strategic asset management, cost-benefit analysis for regional banks, and financial due diligence for both parent companies and subsidiaries.

In the financial services domain, Praditya has conducted strategic business model assessments, debt settlement studies, and cost competitiveness analyses for FMCG and regional banking institutions. His involvement in bank restructuring, governance planning, and digital transformation underscores his ability to align financial performance with institutional goals. He also contributed to the design of a six-year corporate plan for a top regional bank and provided tools to evaluate Good Corporate Governance (GCG) compliance for SOEs.
