Executive Leader

Naufan Satrio is an Executive Leader at SKHA, with a strong background in business and corporate strategy, project management, and organizational development. Since joining SKHA in 2019, Naufan has led and supported a wide range of consulting engagements across industries including banking, telecommunications, property, retail, and manufacturing. Prior to his consulting career, he gained valuable industry experience in the pulp and paper sector, where he worked in business and corporate strategy. 

Naufan is highly regarded for his expertise in leading complex Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives, corporate transformation programs, and business strategy development. He has successfully advised both State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and private sector clients on strategic planning, organizational restructuring, feasibility studies, and transaction advisory. His work has involved multi-entity corporate actions, long-term investment planning, and strategic positioning for business growth. 

In the financial services sector, Naufan has led the implementation and PMO oversight for major digital banking transformation projects, including one of the top 5 banks in Indonesia. His contributions in other industries include supporting the restructuring of a trading company, guiding SOEs through asset optimization initiatives, and leading operational readiness for large-scale projects involving government agencies and infrastructure financing. 

Naufan consistently demonstrates the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments and deliver actionable, results-driven recommendations. He is particularly valued for his structured approach to strategic decision-making, strong analytical skills, and his ability to align business goals with market realities and organizational capabilities.
