Hoyri Mohamad is a Leader at SKHA Consulting with a strong background in business and strategy development, PMO & implementation, and master plan development across various industries, including infrastructure, telecommunication, property, and the public sector.
Hoyri has played a key role in supporting both state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and private sector clients in Indonesia through his expertise in corporate strategy, operational transformation, and feasibility studies. His professional journey reflects a blend of practical project leadership and academic depth, underpinned by his Master’s degree from SOAS University of London.
At SKHA, Hoyri has successfully led the formulation of best-fit strategies for major clients, including a SOE telecommunications subsidiary, and developed corporate plans and whitepapers for leading property companies. His experience also spans regenerative forestry business master planning, including the development of Regenerative Forestry Business (RFB) Blueprints, supporting the sustainable growth agenda.
Hoyri has demonstrated his strength in market and competitor analysis, notably for the FMCG sector, where he delivered operational strategy and business model recommendations. He has also conducted pre-feasibility studies for national digital industry initiatives and developed restructuring strategies for SOE subsidiaries to improve performance and competitiveness.
