- Led the formulation of Indonesia Digital Industry Development Masterplan for the Digital & ICT Sector with National Development Planning Ministry – Telco SOE.
- Advised a Multinational FMCG Company to optimize strategy & winning the market in certain category products.
- Provide assistance for National Asset Management Company (SOE) to formulate transformation & restructuring plans for more than 30 SOEs under its management.
- Advised a Ministry to develop a Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU) improvement of output standard and working mechanism
- Advised an Informal Sector Financing design for low-income communities in Indonesia for a SOE’s Bank
- Advised a National Development Planning Institutions in the implementation of assistance in the selection of sub Major Project Legacy Government Work Plans
