Muhammad Farhan Firdaus is a Leader at SKHA and a strategic advisor with expertise in business and strategy development, corporate planning, and master plan formulation. Since joining SKHA, Farhan has been actively involved in supporting clients across infrastructure, logistics, retail, and healthcare sectors through complex strategy design and execution engagements. His work spans corporate transformation, organizational development, and policy-driven strategic initiatives.
Farhan has successfully led the design of long-term corporate strategies for key State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), including entities in fisheries, ports, and pharmaceuticals. His leadership in corporate strategy development has supported SOEs in redefining their market positioning, enhancing operational effectiveness, and aligning with national priorities such as sustainability and economic resilience.
In the logistics sector, Farhan has contributed to the development of master plans, feasibility studies, and organizational transformation strategies for port operators and logistics sub-holdings. His work includes end-to-end business planning, asset contribution analysis, and the preparation of cooperation strategies for terminal management and logistics alliances. Farhan’s advisory role has extended to reviewing existing policies and agreements, ensuring operational efficiency and governance compliance for some of Indonesia’s largest logistics players.
Farhan has also played a pivotal role in projects related to state equity participation, tourism contingency planning, and infrastructure development studies. His ability to balance technical analysis with stakeholder needs has been instrumental in delivering actionable and sustainable strategies for both government bodies and private sector clients.
