Arlen has played a key role in the development of long-term corporate strategies for SOEs, particularly in the maritime sector, where he has advised on port sub-holding strategies, corporate restructuring, and master plan development. His experience extends to supporting the formulation of carbon exchange business unit strategies and driving sustainability initiatives in alignment with national economic priorities, such as input for the Stock Exchange Company and green economy policy frameworks.
In the public sector domain, Arlen has been actively involved in the monitoring and evaluation of investment plans, policy development, and feasibility studies for healthcare and environmental projects. He has contributed to the preparation of strategic assessments and roadmaps, including the Indonesia Green Recovery Roadmap (2021–2024) and Low Carbon Policy and Financing Rapid Assessments, offering critical input for government work plans focused on sustainability and circular economy transformation.
