Arinaldo Adma is a Principal at SKHA Consulting and a strategic advisor with strong expertise in corporate strategy, digital transformation, and business development, particularly in the telecommunication, non-banking financial institution (NBFI), and public sector domains. Since 2013, he has led a wide range of high-impact engagements with government ministries, SOEs, and private sector clients, helping organizations drive transformation through structured strategic planning and digital innovation.

Arinaldo is well known for his role in shaping and executing strategies for some of Indonesia’s largest state-owned banks, including revamping digital reward products and spearheading customer engagement strategies. He has also supported digital roadmap development, organizational restructuring, and new market penetration strategies for leading financial service groups.

In the public sector, Arinaldo has been actively involved in several national strategy initiatives, including the development of the Digital Industry Masterplan for SOE Holding & the National Development Ministry, as well as corporate governance and performance reviews across multiple SOEs. He has led commercial due diligence, qualitative assessments, and benchmarking analyses that support strategic investment decisions and portfolio optimization.

His engagements span end-to-end corporate transformation. From feasibility studies and corporate planning to spin-offs, business roadmap development, and organizational restructuring. He has also been instrumental in advising on synergy value validation, ensuring alignment of business goals with long-term growth strategies and partner ecosystems. His project portfolio includes a diverse set of initiatives, such as funding and profitability strategies for leading SOE banks, corporate action planning, insurance sector restructuring, and synergy validation for venture capital collaborations between SOEs and major private-sector players. He is also recognized for advising on sharia life insurance business ownership and digital finance app transformation plans within SOE financial services.
