Beliau telah memimpin uji tuntas komersial (commercial due diligence), penilaian kualitatif, dan analisis benchmarking yang mendukung keputusan investasi strategis dan optimasi portofolio.
Keterlibatannya mencakup transformasi korporat end-to-end. Mulai dari studi kelayakan dan perencanaan korporat hingga spin-off, pengembangan peta jalan bisnis, dan restrukturisasi organisasi. Beliau juga berperan penting dalam memberikan nasihat tentang validasi nilai sinergi, memastikan keselarasan tujuan bisnis dengan strategi pertumbuhan jangka panjang dan ekosistem mitra.
