Sayed Musaddiq adalah seorang Partner di SKHA dan penasihat strategis yang berspesialisasi dalam layanan keuangan dan transformasi sektor pelabuhan. Sejak tahun 2010, beliau telah memimpin proyek-proyek strategi dan konsultasi yang kompleks di sektor perbankan, multifinance, asuransi, jaminan sosial, serta berbagai operasi maritim dan logistik. Pengalaman lebih dari 10 tahunnya mencakup perencanaan pertumbuhan institusional, transformasi struktural, dan inovasi pasar baik di ekosistem sektor publik maupun swasta.

Sayed dikenal luas atas karyanya dalam strategi pengembangan pelabuhan, setelah menasihati beberapa Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) mengenai rencana strategis korporat jangka panjang di terminal peti kemas, operasi non-peti kemas, sub-holding logistik, dan pengembangan hinterland. Beliau juga telah mendukung inisiatif penting dalam desain tata kelola, akuisisi aset, dan pengembangan holding, memperkuat reputasinya sebagai arsitek tepercaya model operasional dan struktur organisasi.

Di domain layanan keuangan, Sayed telah memimpin proyek-proyek berdampak tinggi untuk bank-bank BUMN terkemuka yang berfokus pada strategi pendanaan, profitabilitas produk ritel, dan ekspansi pasar melalui inisiatif strategis dan transformasi keuangan digital. Beliau telah memainkan peran kunci dalam merancang cetak biru keuangan mikro dan ultra-mikro, serta menasihati institusi perlindungan sosial nasional mengenai arah strategis, tata kelola, dan penyelarasan institusional mereka.

Keterlibatannya secara konsisten melibatkan orkestrasi multi-pemangku kepentingan dan reformasi di seluruh sektor, termasuk perencanaan investasi, evaluasi kebijakan, dan pelaksanaan strategi komersial.
